Returns & Exchanges
- OPIO is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can exchange or return your purchase within 14 days of the shipping date. Returns must be unworn with the original tags attached and with the original packaging. Merchandise returned without the original tag attached or packaging may not qualify for a refund. Please note that We do not accept ACCESSORIES & SWIMWEAR for exchanges & Refunds
- For the vast majority of returns, it takes from 7-14 Business Days for the courier to pick up your package and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
How to Exchange or Return your items;
- Go to ‘My Account‘ in the upper right-hand corner if you have an account. If you placed your order as a guest first create an account, then click here (You should be logged in) you’ll need to provide your order reference and email address to retrieve your order.
- Select the items you’re returning and the reason you’re returning them to us.
- Then click ‘Return Item(s)‘ at the bottom of the page to submit your request. our customer support will review your request and process it shortly
- In case of exchange, click on the exchange button, select the items you wish to exchange , then click on checkout to submit your exchange request.
- incase of international orders outside of Egypt, please return your order at the nearest drop-off point near you, you canSearch by postcode, street or address to find your nearest drop off point. It takes 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund to your credit card.
